Working with stakeholders across the business we took RMA through our go-to-market process – the output being direction and clarity on which markets to focus time and resource on. Ensuring your business’s brand is translated in the right way across channels is key to supporting business growth. We’ve helped a financial services firm, Joint Equity, by creating compelling storylines which transformed their brand into engaging video content, directed by us. They were able to convey their proposition with clarity to two very different audiences – investors and house-hunters – with our support. From developing a basic messaging hierarchy structure and shaping video storylines, to directing and publishing the video content, we managed the whole process.
We’ve supported other businesses, including a growing digital agency; Deltek; and RMA Consulting, in crafting brand messaging. We then typically support them by bringing those messages to life, repurposing them for various channels and putting them to work for them.

Deltek was faced with a challenge many global businesses experience – how to make sales and product messages work across different territories. They brought Marke2ing in to localise global value propositions and make them compelling for the UK market. They then needed us to adapt that messaging to work on their website.
Once we got under the hood and understood Deltek’s proposition, we took them through one of our messaging processes. The output: strong UK-focused messaging fit for purpose. From this we wrote website copy for them to promote one of their product lines.

Opal BPM, a retail brand workflow software company, wanted to improve their marketing efficiency. Marke2ing conducted an initial audit of their target market, sales collateral and marketing campaigns to establish successes and learnings from their previous activity. We also ran a focused workshop to establish their future objectives. Using these insights, we delivered practical and strategic recommendations they’re now using to focus on quick-wins and shape their long-term marketing plans.
Award-winning B2B telemarketing and new business agency The Call Business (TCB) reached a point where it was crucial to know where to best focus marketing budget and resource to ensure their growth targets were met. Marke2ing took TCB’s Managing Director through a Marketing Capabilities Review – a two-part process which identifies strengths and weaknesses, spots business critical gaps and provides prioritised recommendations on where budget and resource should be invested. TCB has since been able to further optimise their marketing strategy, confident that budget and resource is focused on the most fruitful marketing activities.
Keen to replicate a US poll here in the UK – and create PR both in the US and UK in a coordinated manner – Clarizen needed London-based marketing director support, with international experience. Their VP of Corporate Marketing brought Marke2ing in to help. After translating the market research brief, with their target UK audience in mind, we first selected suitable pollsters, reviewed their proposals then got to work with our chosen supplier. The headlines and key stats generated from the poll were as hoped – engaging and attention grabbing. The project was executed in just 6 weeks.

Lead generation campaigns
The German market was growing for Deltek and thus was their need for professional, localised marketing. We were pulled in to support sales efforts by crafting a lead-generation focused marketing plan and to execute it.
Drawing on our experience as international marketing directors we worked diligently with their German sales director and internal marketing team. A plan was developed in 4 weeks, and we were executing lead generation activities incl. telemarketing, pay-per-click (PPC) and PR by week 5. The test campaign delivered better clarity on which channels work and which don’t in their chosen German target markets; an increase in quality and quantity of web traffic plus an expanded contact universe ready for sales to further prospect. Part of being RMA’s marketing directors and team has been to ensure the right systems, tools, processes and reporting were in place. From CRM, email marketing and social media management systems; to campaign, website and PPC reporting; and regular senior management reports; Marke2ing put a solid, efficient marketing structure in place. This now facilitates the smooth running of marketing operations and simple but effective reporting on all marketing initiatives. This ensures the RMA management team knows the marketing strategy is being executed to plan and is constantly up to speed on marketing performance.
PR & launch event management & execution
With an innovative sleep app ready to launch to the market via the App Store, and an interesting story behind it, RMA Consulting wanted to spread the news. Key was to engage with various target audiences, which included parents of sleep-deprived children and healthcare professionals, as well as technology and healthcare journalists. RMA entrusted the management of this launch and its many moving parts to the Marke2ing team. We took care of running the launch event, communications and supporting PR, and the creation of a supporting microsite and promotional video. RMA’s MD was delighted with the success of the event and the highlights we captured on camera. The app also received endorsements from a well-known TV healthcare personality. The app went on to receive thousands of downloads, globally, in just its first few days on the App Store.
Content creation & social media management
With a potentially market-changing proposition, Joint Equity’s MD called on Marke2ing for strategic and executional support in help tell his business’s story to the housing market. Our team took care of shaping video storylines for films which were needed to speak to key target audiences, managing the video supplier and filming itself, as well as editing the final clips. We then helped bring these videos to life, developing a supporting social media campaign to distribute and engage with potential investors and home-seekers. These have formed a key element of their ongoing marketing efforts and continue to help Joint Equity tell their story.
