Marke2ing took TCB’s Managing Director through a Marketing Capabilities Review – a two-part process which identifies strengths and weaknesses, spots business-critical gaps and provides prioritised recommendations on where to best invest budget and resource. TCB has since further optimised their marketing strategy, confident that budget and resource is focused on the most fruitful marketing activities.

RMA Consulting, a leading London-based UX and technology design firm, had reached a point where professional sales and marketing were needed to accelerate business growth. Their leadership team engaged with us to shape their go-to-market strategy, and supporting marketing plan and budget. Key was to focus these on generating new business and raising awareness of the RMA brand within their target market.
Working with stakeholders across the business we took RMA through our go-to-market process – the output being direction and clarity on which markets to focus time and resource on. From here we developed the supporting marketing strategy, plan and budget – all done within a 10 week period.
Localising US market research for US software firm, Clarizen
Keen to replicate a US poll here in the UK – and create PR both in the US and UK in a coordinated manner – Clarizen needed London-based marketing director support, with international experience. Their VP of Corporate Marketing brought Marke2ing in to help. After translating the market research brief, with their target UK audience in mind, we first selected suitable pollsters, reviewed their proposals then got to work with our chosen supplier. The headlines and key stats generated from the poll were as hoped – engaging and attention-grabbing. The project was executed in just 6 weeks.

Fast-growing insurance firm Bought By Many (BBM), had a significant market it explore through their partner channel. With several partner propositions to test, their Head of Partnerships asked the Marke2ing team to help. We shaped an efficient process within a defined timeframe aimed to scope out interest in their potential partner types. International planning & execution for ERP provider, Deltek
Deltek was faced with a challenge many global businesses experience – how to make sales and product messages work across different territories. They brought Marke2ing in to localise global value propositions and make them compelling for the UK market. They then needed us to adapt that messaging to work on their website.
Once we got under the hood and understood Deltek’s proposition, we took them through one of our messaging processes. The output: strong UK-focused messaging fit for purpose. From this we wrote website copy for them to promote one of their product lines.

Lead generation test campaign for ERP vendor Deltek
The German market was growing for Deltek and thus was their need for professional, localised marketing. We were pulled in to support sales by building a lead-generation focused marketing plan, and executing it.
Drawing on our international marketing director experience we worked diligently with their German sales director and internal marketing team. A plan was developed in 4 weeks, and we were executing lead generation activities (telemarketing, pay-per-click (PPC), PR) by week 5. The test campaign delivered better clarity on which channels work for their chosen target markets; an increase in quality and quantity of web traffic; plus a primed, well-targeted pool of contacts ready for sales to prospect. Content creation & social media management for property finance business Joint Equity
With a potentially market-changing proposition, Joint Equity’s MD called on Marke2ing for strategic and executional support in help tell his business’s story to the housing market. Our team took care of shaping video storylines for films which were needed to speak to key target audiences, managing the video supplier and filming itself, as well as editing the final clips. We then helped bring these videos to life, developing a supporting social media campaign to distribute and engage with potential investors and home-seekers. These have formed a key element of their ongoing marketing efforts and continue to help Joint Equity tell their story.
